Curt received his undergraduate degrees in history and fine arts from Briar Cliff University and his law degree from Drake Law School, where he graduated with honors. While in law school, he obtained certificates in Litigation and Dispute Resolution as well as Constitutional Law and Civil Rights. Curt also was an active member of the Drake Law Review Curt was an active member of the Drake Agricultural Law Journal and the Drake Client Counseling Moot Court team. He has been associated with the Klass Law Firm since 2009 and has been admitted to practice in Iowa. He is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association. Curt has a general practice, including but not limited to litigation, trial law, personal injury, workers' compensation, insurance defense and coverage, employment law, employment discrimination and constitutional litigation. Representation in civil litigation includes both plaintiffs and defendants and on behalf of both employer and the injured worker in workers' compensation claims. Curt was born and raised in Earlville, Iowa. When not working, his time his spent in various activities with his wife, Lyndi and his two boys.
