Bill received his undergraduate degree in business administration and his law degree from the University of South Dakota . While in Law School , Bill was an active member and vice-dean of Delta Theta Pi Law Fraternity and a member of the South Dakota Client Counseling and Negotiations Board. While on this Board, Bill competed and placed in several national competitions. He is admitted to practice in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota. He is a member of the Iowa State, Nebraska State and South Dakota State Bar Associations. Bill has a general practice, including but not limited to litigation, personal injury, trial law, workers' compensation, insurance defense and coverage, legal malpractice, professional liability, products liability, construction litigation and family law. Representation in civil litigation includes both plaintiffs and defendants and on behalf of both the employer and the injured worker in workers' compensation claims. Bill was born and raised in Vermillion, South Dakota . Bill has extensive practical experience with agribusiness and trucking. When not working, his time is spent in various activities with his wife, Michele and their children. Bill and his family are also busy supporters of The University of South Dakota Coyote Athletics by attending the sporting events and being sustaining members of the Coyote Athletic Fund.
